What is WBS?

- a short form for work breakdown structure (WBS).
- it is a chart in which the critical work elements, called tasks, of a project are illustrated to portray their relationships to each other and to the project as a whole.

What is Gantt Chart?

- a horizontal bar chart
- constructed with a horizontal axis representing the total time span of the project, broken down into increments (e.g. days, weeks, months, years) and a vertical axis representing the tasks that make up the project

How to create a Gantt Chart

First, open the Microsoft Project. Then, type your task. Then put the date. Finish.
