Used to edit and create Web pages along with various other HTTP formatted files.

The example of Web Server Software is Apache HTTP Server. It runs on many OS and the hardware that supports them.

Host Operating Systems

A host operating system is the primary Operating System (OS) installed on a computer system's hard drive. A host OS is the software installed on a computer that interacts with the underlying hardware and is usually used to describe an operating system used in a virtualized server to differentiate it from the guest operating system.
